Overview
In 2017 we were asked to implement an engaging social media strategy that generated
strong brand awareness through micro-targeting local and national demographics. From
concept to delivery we designed and implemented a storytelling strategy across the Kelly’s
Resort Hotel & Spa and Kelly’s Cafe online communities.

Results
We oversaw a 150% increase in brand impressions. To date there has been over 1.4 million
brand engagements. There has been a marked increase in overall follower numbers, 40,000
and counting.
